English Poem 22: I Often Said To Her....

I often said to her, life is a roller-coaster,
But my life now feels like bread inside a burning toaster,
I wanna cry loud like a losing rooster,
Until I erase her picture in my heart as a poster.

I often said to her, everything happens for a reason,
I wish I knew that reason now,
Giving a break to my pounding heart,
Leaving some tears for my future sweet heart.

I often said to her, stay positive,
Which, I have done all through my life until this point,
But now, life seems to be so hard,
Harder than I could ever imagine.

I often said to her, stick with your decisions,
This time around, it was my turn to listen to her,
Only to realize that she is not in my life anymore,
Leaving me all alone in a desert full of thoughts.
